Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026

This policy explains what Double D Fly Co., LLC collects and how we use it.

What we collect. Order and contact details (name, email, billing/shipping address), purchase and subscription history, and email-list status you provide; limited technical data (IP, device/browser, pages viewed) via our website and analytics; and payment is handled by our processor — we do not store full card numbers. For subscription passes, we also keep a record of your affirmative consent to automatic renewal as required by law.

How we use it. To process and deliver orders, run and renew subscription passes, provide support and downloads, send transactional and renewal-reminder emails, prevent fraud, meet legal/tax obligations, and — only with your consent — send marketing emails you can unsubscribe from anytime.

Who we share it with. Service providers who run the store on our behalf: our website/commerce platform (Squarespace), our payment processor (Squarespace Payments/Stripe), print-on-demand and fulfillment partners (e.g., Printful), and our email provider (MailerLite). We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies & analytics. We use cookies for cart, checkout, and analytics. You can control cookies in your browser; where required we show a cookie banner.

Your rights. Depending on where you live (for example, California's CCPA/CPRA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and object to certain uses. Contact hello@doubledfly.com to exercise these.

Retention & security. We keep order and subscription records — including auto-renewal consent records — as long as needed for the purchase, support, and legal/tax requirements (auto-renewal consent records are kept for at least the period required by law), and use reasonable safeguards. No method is 100% secure.

Children. The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
